Part A
From 8am to 4pm - 7hrs Drivers CPC - International & Domestic Vehicle Checks - Candidates will know how to conduct a thorough vehicle check. Candidates will know that the check must be carried out prior to starting their shift, taking over another vehicle or trailer, and throughout the entire shift. Candidates will know how prohibitions work and be aware of the potential consequences of failing to carry out a thorough vehicle check.
Part B
Licence, Weights and Dimensions - Candidates will be aware of the maximum weights and sizes of the various vehicles that they may drive. Candidates will also understand the various licensing requirements for various vehicles. Candidates will understand the necessity to renew licenses and that they must report any alterations, such as medical conditions, to DVSA. This 7 hr course allows drivers to drive both in the UK and Europe.
