Delivered by our partner National Compliance Training from 9am to 5pm. The aim of this of this course is to help candidates become more aware of effects of fatigue, drugs, alcohol and other external factors on a driver’s ability to work effectively and within the law. Learning Objectives Candidates will learn how to look after their customers and build on their communication skills to better deal with conflict. Drivers will also be provided with up to date information on security and counter terrorism issues.
