Drivers Hours / Company & Public Image (LGV & PSV)
Part A
Drivers Hours - Candidates should be able to identify the rules that are relevant to their operation. They should also be able to adequately operate within the requirements of these rules. All candidates attending this course will receive an understanding of the various rules, how to determine which rules are relevant to them, and how to combine the requirements of the drivers hours rules with those of the working time rules.
Part B
Company and Public Image - Candidates should gain an understanding of how their actions, as the public face of the company, can improve or devastate the image of their company. Candidates shall also learn how their actions, appearance and attitude can have an effect on clients renewing, reducing, increasing or ceasing the amount of work given to their company.
